Robert's relationship to Prudence

Robert Durst doesn't seem to know how to master his mistress. His long-standing obsession with Prudence, his mistress, is one reason. Not only was she the subject of the Beatles' famous song "Dear Prudence," but she was also accused of murdering two of his former lovers in the 2000s, including his long-time friend Morris Black. He was eventually acquitted in both murders.

Astyages' death

Astyages was born to Cyaxares, the Lydian king. He later married Cambyses (Queen of Babylon). He ruled over 35 years before being deposed by Cyrus II The Great in about 550 BC. The king also had a daughter, Mandane, who married Cambyses. Cyrus II the Great Astyages’ son also reigned 35 years after Astyages’ death.

Astyages' legacy on the Babylonian Plateau

Astyages ruled for a time of stability, and Zoroastrianism grew. Croesus was also a patron of Astyages, one of the most prominent western philosophers. His grandson Nebuchadnezzar had been busy making Babylon one of the largest cities in the globe. Despite his good governance, Astyages lost the support of his nobles to his grandson Cyrus. Astyages' legacy of the Babylonian Plateau was short-lived after a bloody battle.

Prudence and Liam:

While the episode begins with Liam and Ophelia having a romantic dinner, the story arc continues in the next episode with a confrontation between the two. Ophelia continues their date with Liam, but after an argument with Beck, Liam quickly gets into bed with her.

FAQ

Is Hollywood greater than Bollywood

Producing a movie that is well-received by the public is the biggest challenge for film producers.

There are so many movies out there competing for your time and money. You won't be noticed if your movie isn't unique.

But what makes a movie great? What makes an actor or director famous? Or a director? It's not just talent - it's also luck. No matter how talented your actors are, if they have poor scripts, it will be impossible to get the job done.

There are two types of films: independent productions and blockbuster movies with big budgets. Blockbuster films can cost hundreds and millions of dollars to make and distribute. These movies are often made by large studios that want their films to reach as many people as possible. However, these films with big budgets appeal mostly to older viewers.

Independent films are generally smaller-scale productions that may be financed by individuals or groups of investors. These films usually target specific markets and appeal to specific tastes. These films are typically less expensive to produce and sell. They aren't always more affordable to watch, however. In fact, most indie films are very hard to find.

The question is whether we need both types. What are the best movies for independent cinema? Hollywood is much bigger than Bollywood. That's because Hollywood produces almost twice as many movies per year as India does!

What's the difference of an indie movie and a foreign-language film?

A filmmaker typically makes an independent film. This is because he or she makes every decision.

A foreign language film, on the other hand is usually produced by a larger production crew.

They often hire actors, writers, and directors from other countries.

So that the dialogue sounds natural, they also employ professional translators.

What percentage of the box office goes to marketing budgets?

Marketing budgets account for approximately 20% to 40% of film budgets. This is because marketing is critical to the success and longevity of any film.

Marketing is the only way to make sure that your film is known. No one will pay for your film if they don't know about it.

What is the average number of movies Hollywood makes in a year?

Hollywood studios produce about 3,000 films each year. Three thousand!

These films are marketed by Hollywood, which spends billions of dollars. They spend millions to produce them. And they spend millions promoting them. However, how many actually make it to the theaters?

The answer is most likely between 200 and 300. What happens then to the 2,700+ remaining films? They are either distributed as direct-to–video releases or simply left in storage.

They are not all destined to be overlooked. Some of these have been selected to be distributed via Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu Plus.

Hence why don't more of these films be released? Why aren’t they being shown in theaters instead? Because they're too expensive to produce.

They could also be made cheaper and put into theaters.

That's where my expertise comes in. I can help guide you in the best way possible to put your movie in theaters.

I'll show you how to maximize your return on investment (ROI) and increase your chances of seeing your movie in theaters.

Let's face it, we all know...

Getting your film into theaters can be quite difficult. It is a complex, long-winded and complicated process that requires a lot of legalities.

You may end up spending a lot of money before you get started.

Even worse, your window of opportunity to distribute your film is very limited.

There simply isn't enough time between when a film is finished, and its theatrical run begins.

How much do actors make?

Actor pay ranges from $1 million per movie to less than $100,000 for independent films. Most actors receive around $10,000 - $20,000 per film. Many actors get no pay. It depends on how successful an actor is. Some actors make millions while others struggle to find work.

What is the cost of distributing a feature-length film?

A typical distribution deal costs between $100,000-$150,000.

The average theater cost is about $10,000.

Screens are typically around $5,000 in cost.

That means that if you have 100 screens, then your distribution fee would be around $500,000.

Distribution fees are $50,000 for 10 screens.

It's made up of 2,711 stars, which are embedded in the sidewalk on Hollywood Boulevard. Each star is a symbol of someone who contributed to the production of motion pictures, television, radio and theater or other aspects popular culture. The HWOF currently has 1,922 listed living people.

You must first submit your name and address to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce to become a member of HWOF. The Hollywood Department of Cultural Affairs then submits your information to the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs. Once you have been approved, you will be given a certificate that shows your name and details, including date of birth, place of residence, occupation, and category. A bronze plaque with the name of your choice is included. This plaque is attached to a concrete base located in front of the designated Star.

You can apply for a star if a current member of the HWOF nominated you or if you made significant contributions to movies, television, radio, theatre, music, or something else considered part of "popular culture." A committee evaluates the nominations and decides whether to approve them. If they do, they will send a letter explaining their decision to the applicant at his/her home address. If the person accepts the nomination, he/she receives a second letter confirming acceptance. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce then charges $25 and forwards the money on to the City of Los Angles Department of Cultural Affairs.

The department issues a check payable to the Hollywood Chamber of commerce, which sends the check to the Hollywood Walk of Fame Foundation. The foundation pays the applicant or organization. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce then pays half of the fee ($12.50). The City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs takes the other half.

Once an artist has received their star, he/she is eligible to be listed in the HWOF. To be listed on the HWOF, you must pay the remaining balance owed to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. The amount due is dependent on the number of years since you were first recognized. If you were first nominated for a nomination in 1990, your owe $15,000. If you were nominated for the first time in 1990, you would owe $15,000.

If you want to remove yourself from the HWOF, you need to contact the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and pay off the remainder of your debt. They will take care of removing your name from the list permanently.

What age is required to become a HWOF star?

When nominated, one must have at least 18-years-old. To receive a coveted star, one must be at least 18 years old. After receiving a star, one may still be nominated again after ten years.

What happens if I die before my star gets put up?

Nominating you can be done by family members. If there are no known living relatives, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce will place the memorial marker in front of it.

Why don't people just use a different street instead of having stars all over the place?

The HWOF was not created to be a historical landmark. It's meant to be a tribute to those who have contributed to film history.

What happened with the stars that were stolen? The thieves stole around 1,200 stars. Each star is approximately 250-300 lbs in weight. That's about 4 tons of stars!
