Unlike Over the Garden Wall, which was a triumph of limited format storytelling, Long Live the Royals is a show that struggles to find its footing. The show does not explore family dynamics and societal inequality, but it does have a few good jokes. It would have been much better if the series had been longer.
I was intrigued about the origins of the project, and was eager to learn more. I don't yet know if I'd like to be a cartoonist but I'm happy that I can share my experience with the world. Cartoon Network offers a wonderful program that encourages new artists, both inside and outside of the studio. After viewing a few of these videos, I was interested in the idea of an ancient royal household and so I submitted a storyboard.

It's about a royal family trying their best to survive the holidays. Queen Elizabeth II and her family enjoy the holiday, sharing gag gifts and enjoying tea. The royals do not show their wealth and keep the holiday theme cheap, cheerful, and hilarious. You'll enjoy this holiday classic and will be able to laugh with the royals throughout the holidays.
The Queen usually travels to Sandringham one week before Christmas. This makes the trip an exciting one. They hire a carriage for the journey, and Prince Philip has been known in previous years to accompany them. Sandringham, 100 miles outside of London, is where the royal family celebrates Christmas. The royal family's guests are also invited to attend the festivities, and they are treated to parlor games, black-tie dinners, and joke presents at teatime.

It's bland
"It's Boring", despite its popularity, is one of Cartoon Network's least-remarkable comedy series. Over the Garden Wall was the only show that made me laugh, despite its small format. It told an emotional story in just four episodes and was the only one that I enjoyed. This new comedy is a tepid mix of Flapjack and Regular Show. This is a shame. But, you get what your pay for.
The plot of Long Live the Royals is unoriginal and a bit too reliant on recurring characters, making it a largely forgettable experience. The original pilot, Sean Szeles's Adventure Time: The First Season, was a big hit. It was based upon the Emmy-winning, same-named short and was the second original miniseries made by Cartoon Network Studios.
